Updated June 4 - Polytheism Without Borders News:
Thank you, thank you! I was so pleased to check the site and discover that in my absence discussion has been happening and good information is being shared. I was out of the country for several weeks, with a lot less access to the net than I anticipated. I'm so pleased to see all the wonderful posts and discussion. My goal for this site was never to have it be the property of one person (and run with the energy of only one person), but a space where the community can all come together to communicate and share. For a while I thought that couldn't happen, but this past month proved me wrong.
Since the site seems to have tipped over into being the realm of being self sustaining, I'd like to put out a call for volunteers to help moderate and help on the site when I can't. Take a look at the guidelines and let me know if you'd like to be a moderator for Polytheism Without Borders. I'd also like to expand the membership and ask you to share the forum with other polytheists you know on and off line.

Previous UpdatesUpdated Mar 28 - Polytheism Without Borders News: - Two months since last update! For a number of person reasons, I had to step back for a bit. I'd like to make sure that if I do so that it doesn't negatively affect the group.
- I'll be adding some replies and new posts, and I'd like to ask our members to do the same.
- It feels like a very long winter is finally coming to an end.
Updated Jan 28 - Polytheism Without Borders News: - The blog has started rolling again. I've got stuff queued up but I'm always looking for more. Specifically, if you are doing or have done the 30 days blog challenge for a particular Deity, I'd love love love to feature some of all of those posts on the blog. As always, email me at Ivy Vine
- There's a thread under theology about having a discussion topic each month. Go check it out and add your topic suggestions.
- I'm asking each of you to post a link to the PwoB blog and forum on your own blogs (if you have them) or to your own polytheist groups and lists. I'd like to make sure people are aware that this idea and this group it here. So if you've enjoyed this space or found any value, please share the news.
Updated Jan 7 - Polytheism Without Borders News: - Lots of great discussion during the winter holiday period. With talk of shutting down comments going around various blogs, I'm pleased that this is still a safe friendly place for online discussion.
- Speaking of blogs, the PWB blog will be starting up again this week. If everyone who reads this sends me a link to something they've written or that they think would be great, I'll have a big backlog of posts indeed! As always, please email me at Ivy Vine.
- Your admin is looking for volunteers for a project (semi-forum related I'd say). Please see the post here for details.
Updated Nov 14 - Polytheism Without Borders News: - Is anyone interested in donating for Philippines Typhoon aid? You can easily donate through Paypal. If each of us gave $5 that'd be like $400. I'm not sure that, as a group, we're ready to make a single donation, but I'm going to pledge my $5 and donate today in honor of the Old Gods.
- More great posts on the blog -- I encourage each of you to check out, not just the content, but the source blogs as well.
- In fact, I would very much like to have more varied content for the blog. If each of you will review the blogs you read and send me a link to one that's less well known, that would be really helpful. If any of you have a blog with content that might be relevant and are open to a reprint, let me know. And if you'd like to write an original piece and submit it for publication, please do so. We get a lot of hits on the blog, especially considering how new we are.
- If you have suggestions for the forum or blog, please PM the admin or email Ivy Vine.
Updated Oct 24 - Polytheism Without Borders News: - Around 480 posts and 80 members -- things have quieted down a little lately, but we are still getting great posts on all our boards.
- New posts on the blog, including Pagan Theology resources, Gaelic Polytheism, Patron Relationships, and an upcoming Hellenic Conference (if anyone is planning on going to the conference and wants to report on it for PwoB, please let me know!).
- Please email Ivy Vine with suggestions for posts that would be a good addition to the blog.
- The bookclub is honing in on their first book.
- If you have suggestions for the forum or blog, please PM the admin or email Ivy Vine.
Updated Oct 11 - Polytheism Without Borders News: - We are nearing 400 posts -- thank you for making this fledgling community so successful!
- New post on the blog about raising children as polytheists. I'm looking for submissions or suggestions for other blogs that would have material that would benefit the community -- particularly less well-known ones -- as I'd like a very broad range of authors and paths represented. Please email Ivy Vine with suggestions.
- We have a Pen Pals thread under the Real World section for those who would like to correspond either by email or snail-mail.
- There's a new Devotional Crafts sub-board under the Spiritual section. Check out the incense recipe.
- If you have suggestions for the forum or blog, please PM the admin or email Ivy Vine.
Updated Oct 3 - Polytheism Without Borders News: - We have 75 members and 250 posts on the forum!
- The PwoB blog has had over 2300 page views in just two weeks. There's a new post from Elizabeth Vongvisith this week.
- Our forum will be hosting a Polytheist book club. Please see the relevant thread if you'd like to participate.
- Over on our Theology board, there's a new feature where each month, members can talk about their planned devotion/ritual work, review work that they've done, or announce a devotional goal for the month. The Devotions for October thread already has some interesting stuff.
- If you have suggestions for the forum or blog, please PM the admin or email Ivy Vine.
Updated Sept 27 - Polytheism Without Borders News: - We have 66 members and 130 posts! Thank you for helping give PwoB such a strong start.
- New blog posts from Galina Krasskova and Aedicula Antino -- if you have a blog and have an article you'd like to contribute, email Ivy (I'd particularly like to hear from some less well-known bloggers).
- Do we have any poets or musicians (or lovers of same) who would like to add to our Emotional board? If you post a work of your own, please don't forget to put your copyright.
