Howdy folks and friends!
I read about this place originally a few months back ago but never really decided to take the plunge and join until now. My name is Robert but within spiritual communities I tend to go by Raibeart Gaoth which is Gaelic For Robert and Wind…..Robert is a traditional boys’ name within my family that goes all the way back to our clan’s forefathers’ and Wind is part of my soul name. You can call me Raibeart, Robert, Rob or Blind Rob (when other people named Robert or other varients of that name are present) and I am originally from a small town called Belle in the state of West Virginia, but currently live as a permanent resident in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada working towards my citizenship.
Spiritually speaking I am what you would call a Gaelic Heathen but I prefer other various terms and labels depending on person I’m talking to. I have been a worshiper of the Aos Sidhe and Tuatha de Danann since roughly 2005 or 2006, and started worshipping the Aesir and Vanir in 2011 or 2012. I am intimately dedicated to Brigid but as far as Her folks go I am also very friendly with most of her intimate family (Dagda, Angus Mac Og, Ogma, etc) while as far as the Aesir and Vanir are concerned I am dedicated as a Thorsman with strong ties to Tyr and Ullr….. among a couple of others.
Besides the folks I’m connected with I also must deal with the Kemetic Netjeru as my wife is Kemetic and I work as a spirit worker (for those of you who deal with what some call woo) and usually will be bothered until I hand over messages to my wife and her friend who is also new in Kemeticism.
I’m also mostly blind (hense Blind Rob) and am a social activist serving as chairperson for my local chapter of Acorn Canada.

Hello, folks!
I'm a fairly new polytheist. Still haven't *quite* decided on what path to follow, although I'm torn between Kemeticism and Asatru (I don't have anything against practicing both. I just want to start with one, get used to it, then add the other slowly. But which to start with? Lol.)
Expect some silly noobish questions over the coming weeks.

Hi, moki, good to meet you. I'm a fellow Kemetic if you want to ask silly questions about Kemeticism. I'd be glad to offer any advice or resources I can.

Silly noobish questions are what we all ask to start with, which doesn't make them all that silly...unless you put them in silly ways on purpose for comedic effect that is.
Oh and welcome to the forum Moki, may you get good answers to all of your questions!

Hello all, thursa here. I live in the southwest of Germany, and I call myself Asatrú, although my practice is far from purely reconstructionist. My gods include not only the Æsir and Vanir, but I'm also slowly, carefully approaching the Giants and I recently developed a knack for the rivers and streams of my region. I don't have such a thing as a fulltrúi (yet?) and I don't know if I ever will; at the moment, I'm working to build stronger connections to one deity after another in my pantheon. I'm a skald/singer and a runecrafter & ritualist in training for my small Asatrú group, and I've been dabbling in trancework and core-shamanic journeying for about 8 years now (my usual stumbling block being my inability to build a regular practice, therefore dabbling). I'm blogging (infrequently) in German over at riesenheim.net.
